Pain Diary

By Nancy Montgomery

Sometimes it’s hard to get clear picture of your pain. By keeping a daily diary, you'll be able to see how often you're in pain, how severe it is, and what helps you handle it. A written record like this can also be a great help to your doctor in figuring out how to treat you. Print out a copy now and start your daily pain diary.
